Undy AFC Seniors Registration 2023/24

All Seniors and Women should register on this form.

Please also complete a Medical Declaration here.

Please use this form to register for the 2023/24 season. Completing your details will allow Undy AFC to send you an invoice for the required amount. Date for payment will be on the invoice.

Your information will be held by the club under it's GDPR guidelines which can be found on the Undy AFC website here. Your information will not be held any longer than 12 months unless you request for it to be removed sooner.

Players who have not registered for any club before or are transferring from another club will be sent a Comet registration form.

By completing this form you are confirming that you agree to our code of conduct.

Women

Undy Women will be entering a team into the league for the first time this season. There is one registration option for all players even if you are only going to be training only.

Women – Full Registration - £75.00 Flat fee for the season. No further weekly subs. Includes family membership to The Causeway Bar.

Seniors

Seniors - Full Registration - £75.00 Flat fee for the season. No further weekly subs. Includes family membership to The Causeway Bar.

NOTE: This registration fee covers you to play at all senior levels. Once paid, you will not be asked to pay weekly subs. This money will help cover the costs of winter training, matchday costs, comet registration, referee fees and equipment. If you are already a member of The Causeway Bar, your membership will be extended.

Causeway Bar Membership

All registered players will receive an annual family membership to The Causeway Bar. If you are an existing member your membership will be extended. Your membership card will be available to collect from the bar in the clubhouse within approximately 7-14 days.
