Undy AFC join in with Building Bridges
Undy AFC recently took a group of junior coaches to Caerwent Comminity Centre to put on a training session with the team from Building Bridges, which saw some fantastic skills and a fun-filled & very competitive game of football. Building Bridges is an excellent project in Monmouthshire, and the Club was delighted to be asked to get involved.

Undy AFC’s youth team don striking new kit thanks to local housebuilder.
The under 12s girls team at Undy AFC have smart new football kits, thanks to support from Linden Homes, part of Vistry Group.
The housebuilder supports many community initiatives near to its developments and is creating homes locally at Seymour Place in Undy. With over 380 participants, from three years to under 16, the football club provides an opportunity for the community to learn new skills, meet friends and get active. Based at The Ramp (aka The Causeway) in Undy, Undy AFC also runs a popular summer tournament where over 300 teams compete.
Jim Roberts, Undy AFC’s chairperson, commented: "We're really grateful to Linden Homes for supporting the growth of girls football at our club. We're a huge part of our community and it's
great to see them investing in the local community they are now part of.”
Mike Laws, Linden Homes’ area sales manager, said: “Grassroots football enables children to socialise, exercise and hone their skills. We’re delighted to sponsor Undy AFC, ensuring costs are
not passed onto team players and families, and we’ll be following their progress this season.”
